Each body is made entirely of steel—just like the originals—to deliver the toughness you’d expect from a true Bronco. Our bodies are built to mount directly to original or reproduction chassis, making them ideal for both professional restorations and high-end custom builds.

For transport, choose from:

• A steel pallet with rolling casters for ease and mobility, or

• Chassis mounting if you’re ready to install it directly on your frame.

Every Bronco body is spot welded using Car-O-Liner CTR7 Welder—advanced equipment that precisely measures metal thickness and resistance to deliver the perfect weld every time. This results in maximum-strength welds and a body you can count on for the long haul.

Early Broncos were never known for tight factory tolerances. That’s why we go beyond original specs—each body is assembled on custom precision welding fixtures, allowing our experienced team to deliver consistent panel alignment, flush fitment, and uniform door gaps that surpass vintage standards.
